Lori Zygela
Lori is the Senior Controller at Precision Science. She is a practiced financial leader with over 18 years experience in guiding both manufacturing and legal firms to achieve significant enhancements in overall efficiency and success. She is an operational leader who has spearheaded a wide range of efforts to assist in streamlining processes including audit preparation, establishment of financial controls, and the implementation and training of technology advancements, resulting in increased productivity and profitability. She has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (ÒCorporate and Auditing Accountability and Responsibility ActÓ). This knowledge and expertise has brought insight and innovation to the accuracy and accountability of the corporate financials.
Lori obtained a BachelorÕs of Business Administration with an accounting emphasis from the University of Toledo. Prior to relocating to Phoenix in 1997, she dedicated countless volunteer hours to numerous charities and non-profit organizations. Her participation included serving as a Mediator certified by the Ohio Supreme Court to reduce case backlog; auditing of financial institutions; and implementing Co-Op programs for local high schools for on-the-job training of students.
Lori has strong family values and spends a good part of her free time assisting elderly family members, reading and traveling.
